Purchased products may be returned for a legitimate reason within 14 days provided they are accompanied by an RMA.  Restrictions may be applied in the following circumstances:

-Made-to-order (for example: Speedplay specific sole shoes)

-Limited Edition products

-Special size requests (for example: wide shoes, different left/right sizing)

In order to return a product, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Vittoria Shoes. Once you receive an RMA# you must put this # on the outside of the box you are shipping back. Returns without this # on the outside of the box will be refused and sent back to sender. RMAs will not be issued by Vittoria Shoes unless products are in their original condition and are complete with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, manuals etc. and must include everything else that was included in the original shipment.   ANY cleat installation will render the shoes non-returnable.

RMAs will NOT be issued in the following cases:

-Lack of original packaging

-Used product

-Damaged product

-Worn product

-Washed product

-Presence of any sign of cleat installation (shoes)

-Missing accessories

If the returned product meets applicable criteria, the refund will be processed as requested.  Please note customer is responsible for return shipment postage / shipping fees for all RMA’s.   Vittoria Shoes does not provide shipping / postage for any product returns.   Issuing of an RMA from Vittoria Shoes does not necessarily mean a credit will be issued.   If the shoes are lacking any of the above items (for example - original box missing, cleats installed, used product) no credit will be issued and the shoes will be returned to the customer.  Credits will be processed as soon as possible but may take several days to show up on account.
