SHIPPING COST:
Our web store will compute shipping charges for domestic and international shipping. You will have several shipping options to choose from through United Parcel Service (UPS)
The cost of delivery depends on the size, weight, and delivery zip code. To find the exact cost of shipping for your order, add the item(s) you want to your cart, and the shipping cost will automatically update your cart. Note: All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options.
Signature Waiver: On the shipping page during checkout, you may have the option for Signature Waiver
If you select Signature Waiver: The shipping carrier will be directed to deliver your package without a signature being required. This option is not available for International addresses.
If you do not select Signature Waiver: You may be required to sign for your package upon delivery
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP:
Your order will be shipped from Valencia, California. Orders will typically ship within 24 hours (Although we may be processing orders, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays)
Once your order has shipped we will email you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking #.
Some deliveries may take slightly longer:
-The availability of one of your order items may have changed when you purchased- if this is the case we will email you to help you find an alternative.

Interruption of Service:
UPS shall not be responsible for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person accepting the delivery of the shipment, demure due to consignee, force majure, action of the public authorities con real apparent authority over facilities, action or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters, and an act of God.
International Orders:
Please note: Shipping charges only cover transit to your country.
You are also responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be charged.
We are pleased to accept orders from outside the United States. We support payment via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal payment methods for domestic and International customers. All items in our store are listed in US Dollars.
Can you list a lower amount on my invoice:
We cannot list any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on the invoices or customs forms, after any discounts; please note that store credit is not a discount and is taxable. Please do not ask us to list a lower amount, or list as a “gift” as it would be illegal for us to do so.
